In May 2022, we became a member of the world’s largest sustainable business initiative. In doing so, we are committed to supporting the United Global Compact’s Ten Principles (The Ten Principles) on human rights, labor, environment and anti-corruption. These principles, and consequently the Sustainable Development Goals, will become part of our company’s strategy, culture and daily operations.
It is worth noting that we are one of two cosmetics companies in Poland that belong to the United Global Compact organization.
What is the UN Global Compact organization?
Since its establishment in 2000 by UN Secretary-General Kofi Annan, the United Global Compact has been working for the environment, human rights, anti-corruption and decent and legal work. It currently has more than 24,000 members from around the world. By working with governments, international organizations, companies and institutions, it is responsible for a range of ambitious activities, becoming a catalyst for global change in favor of people and the environment.
