Last week, employees of the AVA Cosmetic Laboratory had the opportunity to participate in a training course organized under the theme “Modern Competencies in the Chemical Sector.”
After the training, the participants gained new qualifications.
Knowledge:
outlines and initiates the start of a research and development project,
prepares tasks and coordinates the work of the project team,
monitors the effectiveness of project management,
Manages the project in accordance with knowledge of current standards
Skills:
selects work management model, assesses project risks
plans and adequately meets the set objectives in the chemical sector
analyzes the risk of achieving the objectives
prepares reports and analysis on the managed R&D project
Social competencies:
allocates the organization’s resources (including capital, people, processes), ensuring its effective functioning defines problems based on evidence (market analysis) and analysis
sets goals in response to identified problems
is open to new projects as part of company development
In addition to the substantive part, the training included practical tasks 🙂
